What stays on your iPhone
The game keeps a few things on your iPhone only: your best score, your settings (such as Word Hints), which tips you've already seen, the words you've cleared and how many times, and Game Center scores and achievement progress that are waiting to be sent. We can't see any of it.
Feedback you send
If you tap Send Feedback, the app sends us what you write, up to 4 screenshots you attach, and a few details that help us fix problems: the app version and build, your iPhone model, the iOS version, and your language and region.
It does not include your name, email, account or any identifier for your device. Unless you write your contact details into the message, your feedback is anonymous. Nothing is sent unless you tap Send.
Tips you give
Tips are paid through Apple and unlock nothing. When you tip, the app sends us Apple's signed record of that purchase — which tip, its price tier, the transaction number and time — plus the app version and your iPhone model. We use it to confirm the tip. It does not include who you are; Apple handles your payment; we never see your payment details. The raw transaction data is not stored after it has been checked.
Where it is kept
Feedback and tip records are stored on servers run by AirBuild, the service WordJump is built and run with. They are kept until they are deleted. To have feedback or a tip record deleted, email hwangdev97@gmail.com with roughly when you sent it and what it said, and we'll have it removed.
Third parties
WordJump contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code, and we sell or share data with no one.
If you are signed in to Game Center, the game sends your scores and achievements to Apple's Game Center so they can appear on leaderboards and in your profile. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. If you're not signed in, nothing is sent.
Keeping and deleting data
Data on your iPhone stays until you delete the app, which removes all of it. Feedback and tip records on AirBuild's servers are deleted on request, as described above. Scores already sent to Game Center are kept by Apple; you can manage your Game Center data in Settings → Game Center, or at privacy.apple.com.
Changing your mind
Feedback and tips are always optional; the game works the same without them. To stop sending scores to Game Center, sign out under Settings → Game Center. To remove everything the game stores on your iPhone, delete the app.
Children
WordJump does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Feedback is anonymous unless someone types contact details into it.
